Another easy trek: if anything simpler than the last one. Official guides would have put the previous section, plus this stage as far as Welshpool, in one section (approx 14 miles). Time of year combined with drive times meant it was more comfortable to do it over two stages, but we added a bit the other side of Welshpool to make the sections more worthwhile. And we had a chance revisit the Nag's Head, Garthmyl, again. Only surprise en route was the amazing weather: sunshine and a bit of warmth. Didn't see the Severn at all!!
